  • How are the frames powered?
    Every frame has a 3 x AA battery holder within it, simply take the back of the frame off, insert 3 x AA batteries and flick the switch - Let there be light! *Batteries not included.
  • How long do the batteries last?
    Different brands of batteries will last varying times, however, we have found most popular household brands last approximitley 48 hours when in constant use. Most of our customers do not leave the power on all of the time so they can last for months!
  • Can the frames be powered by the mains (plugged in)?
    At this moment in time no, but we are working on USB powered frames at the moment - so watch this space!
  • How long will it take until I recieve my frame?
    As every Light Up Frame is made to order we cannot garuntee a delivery date, however most of our frames are despatched within 48 hours of recieving the order. We post our frames via Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take 2-6 days. If you need your frame in a hurry please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other options.
  • Do your frames come with a warranty?
    Yes they do! All of our frames come with a 12 month warranty which covers the electrical components within the frames. If your frame becomes faulty please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
  • How long will the LED's last for?
    Our LED's have a life-span of up to 50,000 hours! If you were to leave your frame turned on for 6 hours a day, every day, the LED's will last more than 22 years! You might get through quite a lot of batteries though...
  • Can I use rechargeable batteries in the frame?
    You most certainly can! This would save you money and help the enviroment by reducing the amount of batteries thrown away around the world.
